平陆运河赋能乡村振兴:优势分析与关键领域

The context of Pinglu Canal construction endows rural revitalization with more profound theoretical connotation and practical significance,which brings great opportunities for realizing rural agricultural modernization.In this process,it is particularly important to fully tap the potential and value of Pinglu Canal and combine it with the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,based on the empowerment theory,this paper innovatively puts forward the strategy of"Pinglu Canal Empowerment"from three dimensions:individual empowerment,organizational empowerment and community empowerment.On this basis,it examines the specific content of Pinglu Canal's rural revitalization from five aspects:industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and affluent life,which fully proves that Pinglu Canal construction is an effective way to comprehensively revitalize rural areas in Guangxi in the new development stage.
