乡村振兴战略下人才振兴激励机制路径研究

摘要 乡村振兴是当前中国经济社会发展的重要战略,其中人才振兴是乡村振兴的核心。随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市人口规模不断扩大,而农村本土人才相对流失,导致乡村劳动力短缺,乡村产业发展缓慢。此外,乡村基础设施建设滞后、公共服务不足、环境污染等问题也使得乡村工作对人才的吸引力下降。因此,需要在思想转变、政策优化、制度创新的基础上建立一支专业化、有素质的乡村人才队伍,以推动乡村产业升级,提高乡村生活质量,实现城乡共同发展。 Rural revitalization is an important strategy for China's economic and social development,in which the revitalization of talents is the core of rural revitalization.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the scale of urban population is expanding,while the relative loss of local talents in rural areas leads to the shortage of rural labor force and the slow development of rural industry.In addition,rural infrastructure construction lags behind,lack of public services,environmental pollution and other problems also make rural work less attractive to talents.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a professional and quality rural talent team on the basis of ideological change,policy optimization and system innovation,so as to promote the upgrading of rural industry,improve the quality of rural life and realize the common development of urban and rural areas.
