共同富裕目标下推进乡村振兴战略的路径探析

2020年按时完成新时代脱贫攻坚的目标,为共同富裕奠基坚实的物质基础,但在乡村振兴战略的实施过程中仍存在许多问题,比如城乡差距过大、基层治理有待健全、农民科学文化素养低、农村基础建设不完善和生态环境保护偏弱等问题。探析共同富裕与乡村振兴的关系,从乡村振兴战略的现实困境入手,研究乡村振兴战略的实践路径,提出要把农民群众放在首位、巩固脱贫成果与推进乡村振兴有效衔接、推进农村“五位一体”协调建设的举措,有助于破解“三农”问题的现实困境,推进乡村振兴战略的顺利实施,从而促进共同富裕的实现。

In 2020,the goal of getting rid of poverty in the new era was completed on time,laying a solid material foundation for common prosperity,but there are still many problems in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.for example,the gap between urban and rural areas is too large,grass-roots governance needs to be improved,farmers'scientific and cultural literacy is low,rural infrastructure is not perfect,ecological environment protection is weak and other problems.This paper probes into the relationship between common prosperity and rural rejuvenation,starts with the realistic difficulty of the rural revitalization strategy,studies the practical path of the rural revitalization strategy,and puts forward the measures of putting the peasant masses in the first place,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting the rural revitalization,and promoting the coordinated construction of the"five-in-one"in the countryside,which is helpful to solve the realistic difficulty of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and promote the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,so as to promote the realization of common prosperity.
