药学专业学位硕士研究生教育改革探讨 被引量:5

摘要 随着“健康中国2030”重大战略的实施,国家对高层次药学应用型人才的需求日益增长,药学专业学位硕士培养教育越来越受到重视,成为药学职业领域高层次人才的主要来源。由于我国药学专业学位硕士教育起步较晚,发展势头迅猛,其教育理念及培养模式无法及时满足当前人才培养目标的要求。科教融合与产教研融合是目前应对社会发展需要的创新性人才教育模式。针对药学专业学位硕士教育的特点、培养现状及问题,对基于科教融合与产教研融合的药学专业学位硕士培养思路、培养措施等方面的改革进行讨论。同时探讨医药融合、医工融合、职业道德及思政教育融合的学生综合素质的培养,以期为“双一流”药学学科建设提供智力支持。 With the implementation of the major strategy of“Health China 2030,”the demand for high-level applied pharmaceutical talents in the country is increasing.The education and cultivation of professional Master's degree in pharmacy are increasingly valued and have become the main source of high-level talents in the field of pharmacy.Due to the late start and rapid development of the education of professional Master's degrees in pharmacy in China,its educational concepts and cultivation models cannot meet the requirements of current talent development goals in a timely manner.The integration of science and education and the integration of industry,academia,and research are innovative models of talent education needed to meet social development at present.In view of the characteristics,cultivation status and problems of the master's degree in pharmacy education,the reform and practice of cultivation ideas and cultivation measures of the master's degree in pharmacy based on the integration of science and education and the integration of industry,academia,and research are discussed.Meanwhile,the comprehensive quality training of students in the integration of medicine and pharmacy,medicine and industry,professional ethics and ideological and political education are discussed,aiming to provide intellectual support for the construction of“Double First-Class”pharmaceutical disciplines and the cultivation of comprehensive high-quality pharmaceutical professionals.
