摘要
肿瘤微环境是指肿瘤细胞存在的周围微环境,包括周围血管、免疫细胞、成纤维细胞、骨髓源性炎性细胞、各种信号分子和细胞外基质(ECM)。约有20%的原发肿瘤会发生脑转移,而肿瘤脑转移的微环境主要由星形胶质细胞、脑微血管内皮细胞、脑血管周细胞构成。牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)是慢性牙周炎的主要病原体,同时也是食管癌发生的诱因之一。本文主要从脑微环境的角度描述了Pg对脑微环境的作用,包括Pg定植入脑、星形胶质细胞与Pg的相互作用等。鉴于脑转移的高发生率和其导致的高死亡率,尝试研究了一种潜在的治疗思路,以提高脑转移肿瘤患者的生存率。
Tumor microenvironment refers to the microenvironment around tumor cells,including peripheral blood vessels,immune cells,fibroblasts,bone marrow derived inflammatory cells,various signal molecules and extracellular matrix(ECM).About 20%of primary tumors will have brain metastasis,and the microenvironment of tumor brain metastasis is mainly composed of astrocytes,brain microvascular endothelial cells,and perivascular cells.Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg)is the main pathogen of chronic periodontitis and one of the inducements of esophageal cancer.This paper mainly describes the effect of Pg on brain microenvironment from the perspective of brain microenvironment,including the implantation of Pg into the brain,the interaction between astrocytes and Pg,etc.In view of the high incidence rate and mortality of brain metastases,we tried to study a potential treatment idea to improve the survival rate of patients with brain metastases.
