The Human Tumor and Microbiome

长久以来有关微生物群对肿瘤的影响一直争议不休,不断冲击着以肿瘤内在特性为中心的致癌理论。虽然众多研究结果表明微生物群可能在肿瘤免疫治疗中发挥着关键作用,并在一定程度上影响肿瘤的发生、发展及其诊断和预后,但目前对可直接诱发癌变的微生物群仍缺乏系统的认知。本文就微生物在肿瘤中的因果及协同作用,肿瘤内微生物的有关研究发现,以及微生物群在临床中的应用等方面进行综述,同时展望下一阶段能够同时影响宿主和肿瘤微生物群的方法。

The impact of microbiota on tumors has been controversial for a long time,constantly impacting the cancer theory centered on the intrinsic characteristics of tumors.Although numerous research results suggest that microbiota may play a crucial role in tumor immunotherapy and to some extent affect the occurrence,diagnosis,and development prognosis of tumors,there is still a lack of systematic understanding of microbiota that can directly induce cancer transformation.This article reviews the causal and synergistic effects of microorganisms in tumors,relevant research findings on microorganisms within tumors,and the clinical application of microbiota.At the same time,it further reviews the methods that can simultaneously affect both host and tumor microbiota in the next stage.
