摘要
新文科背景下,金融人才规格需求和以往有所不同。新文科时代金融教学范式创新,是高校提升金融人才质量的有效途径。文章分析了新文科背景下市场对金融人才的要求,然后从金融课程设计、课程实施和学习效果考核三方面探讨了金融教学范式创新路径。
Under the background of new liberal arts,the demand for financial personnel is different from that in the past.The innovation of financial teaching paradigm in the new liberal arts era is an effective way for colleges to improve the quality of financial personnel.The paper analyzes the requirements of the market for financial talents under the background of new liberal arts,and then discusses the innovation path of financial teaching paradigm from financial course design,course implementation and evaluation of students'performance.
