摘要 通过对消防水系统管道使用和更换情况、泄漏和治理情况以及系统的用水情况进行统计分析,并结合腐蚀案例,研究了消防水系统管道腐蚀泄漏的成因。从涂层防护、水质控制、定期检查和材质升级等方面提出了相应的管控措施,降低了消防水系统管道泄漏率,保障了全厂消防水系统管道安稳长满优运行。 Through the statistical analysis on the utilization,replacement,leakage,and treatment of pipelines in fire water system,as well as the water usage of the system,and combined with corrosion cases,the causes of corrosion leakage in fire water system pipelines were studied.Corresponding control measures were proposed from the aspects of coating protection,water quality control,regular inspection,and material upgrade,which reduced the leakage rate of pipelines and ensured long-term safe and stable operation of the fire water system in the whole plant.
