新冠肺炎疫情对韶关市无偿献血的影响及应对策略

目的多措并举,有效保障新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间医疗临床用血需要和安全。方法2020年1月,新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情暴发。韶关市中心血站根据采供血应急预案启动应急响应,制定新冠肺炎疫情防控期间采供血应对方案。争取政府及社会各界支持,全市应急联动,加大市属新闻媒体无偿献血宣传力度,通过电话预约、短信招募等多种方式开展个人及团体应急献血;充分发挥党组织战斗堡垒及党员先锋模范作用,带头无偿献血;设计并制作抗疫献血《荣誉证书》《感谢状》和纪念章,并广泛发放;发挥无偿献血志愿者的身份优势,线下线上动员自己的亲友、同事为抗疫献热血;制定志愿者突击招募考评表彰办法等。结果疫情最初的2020年1月,全市无偿献血535570ml,同比上年下降44.46%,临床用血极度紧张;同年2月全市无偿献血692025ml,同比上年上升16.39%,基本满足临床用血需要;同年3月全市无偿献血量同比上年上升32.88%,远大于用血量上升比例(19.61%),有效满足临床用血需要。在此基础上,疫情期间,我市无偿献血工作一直健康稳步发展。结论政府重视突发公共事件中的血液安全工作并发挥主导作用,全市应急联动、媒体正面宣传引导、血站与医疗机构密切配合及开源节流,这些都是保障疫情期间临床血液供应的有效策略。

Objective ensure the need and safety of clinical blood transfusion during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).Methods an outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)occurred in January 2020.The central blood bank in Shaoguan started the emergency response according to the blood collection and supply emergency plan,and formulated the blood collection and supply plan during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.For the support of the government and the community,the city emergency linkage,increase the city's media publicity efforts,free blood donation through telephone booking,SMS recruitment and other ways to carry out individual and group emergency blood donation;We will give full play to the exemplary role of the party organization's Battle Fortress and the party members'Vanguard,take the lead in unpaid blood donation,design and produce the“Honor certificate”and“Certificate of Appreciation”and commemorative medallions for anti-epidemic blood donation,and distribute them widely Give full play to the status of volunteer blood donation,offline mobilization of their relatives,friends,colleagues for the anti-epidemic blood donation fever.Results at the beginning of the epidemic,in January 2020,535570ml of blood was donated without compensation,which decreased by 44.46%compared with the previous year,and 692025ml of blood was donated without compensation in February of the same year,which increased by 16.39%compared with the previous year,in March of the same year,the city's unpaid blood donation increased by 32.88%,much more than the increase in blood consumption(19.61%),to effectively meet the needs of clinical blood.On this basis,during the epidemic,the city's unpaid blood donation has been healthy and steady development.Conclusion the government attaches importance to blood safety in public emergencies and plays a leading role,the city's emergency response linkage,positive media publicity,blood stations and medical institutions to cooperate closely,open the source and reduce the expenditure,these are all effective strategies to ensure the clinical blood supply during the epidemic.
