Low-Carbon Development Driving Force and Strategy of Sports Tourism Industry Under the"Double Carbon"Target in China

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,剖析“双碳”目标下我国体育旅游产业低碳发展的内涵、动力与困境,提出发展策略。“双碳”目标下体育旅游产业低碳发展动力:低碳政策的驱动力、绿色低碳理念的约束力、低碳技术的推动力、碳汇补偿的行动力。困境:低碳政策有待完善、绿色低碳理念尚未形成共识、低碳技术的嵌入匮乏、碳盘查核算难度陡升。策略:完善低碳政策供给,推动低碳战略转型;加强绿色低碳理念,形成低碳发展共识;加强技术创新,推进应用节能减排技术;强化数字赋能,夯实数字产品与数字测碳的推广。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the connotation,development power and dilemma of low-carbon development of sports tourism industry under the"Double Carbon"target in China,and put forward the development strategy.The driving force of low-carbon development of sports tourism industry under the"Double Carbon"target:It is driven by low-carbon policy,the binding force of green and low-carbon concept,the driving force of low-carbon technology,and the action force of carbon sink compensation.Dilemma:The industrial low-carbon policies need to be improved,the concept of green low-carbon has not yet reached consensus,the industrial low-carbon technology is lacking,and the diffi culty of industrial carbon inventory and accounting is rising sharply.Strategy:We should improve the supply of low-carbon policies to promote the transformation of low-carbon strategy,strengthen the concept of green and low-carbon development to build consensus on low-carbon development,enhance technological innovation and promote the application of energy saving and emission reduction technologies,and intensify digital empowerment to consolidate the promotion of digital products and digital carbon measurement.
