我国航运脱碳挑战及路径选择

摘要 尽管我国作为航运大国在航运脱碳方面面临更加严峻的政治、技术和经济挑战,但是国际航运脱碳需要落实国际海事组织(IMO)的航运温室气体减排战略,国内水运需要实现碳达峰碳中和目标要求。只有在明确航运脱碳技术路径的基础上,才能更好地开始利用市场机制解决航运脱碳资金需求的进程,为此需要尽快确定航运脱碳技术路径。在分析我国面临的航运脱碳挑战的基础上,概述低零排放船用替代燃料性能和特点,分析提出了船用航运脱碳技术路径,介绍了当前航运脱碳技术路径选择现状。 Despite the more severe political,technical and economic challenges in shipping decarbonization faced by China as a major shipping country,it is essential to implement the Initial IMO Strategy on Reduction of GHG Emissions from Ships in order to promote the decarbonization of international shipping,and the requirements for meeting the target of carbon peak and carbon neutrality should be met in domestic water transportation.Only when the technological path of shipping decarbonization is determined can the process of using the market mechanism in solving the financial demand of shipping decarbonization be started efficiently.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the technological path of shipping decarbonization as soon as possible.On the basis of analyzing the challenges of decarbonization in shipping faced by China,this paper summarizes the performance and characteristics of the low or zero-emission marine alternative fuels,analyzes and proposes the decarbonization technology path for shipping,and introduces the status quo of the current selection of shipping decarbonization technology path.
