摘要
针对航标碰损主动监测取证困难的现状,探讨利用雷达、AIS和摄像头等传感器以及物联网技术,采用雷达图像帧差分法、卡尔曼滤波、匈牙利匹配算法等信息融合手段,构建多传感器融合的航标碰撞智能监测系统,提升航标碰撞监测预警的实时性。
In view of the circumstances that it is difficulty to actively monitor and record the collisions between ship and buoys,this paper discusses the construction of an intelligent monitoring system of multiple-sensor fusion for beacon collision through utilizing radar,AIS,camera and Internet of Things and adopting radar image frame difference method,Kalman filter,Hungarian matching algorithm and other information fusion methods,in order to improve the real-time monitoring and early warning of beacon collision.
