摘要
当前服务化成为制造业升级的重要路径和研究热点。通过系统梳理国内外相关文献,剖析制造业服务化效应的形成机制,提出制造业服务化正向效应的实现策略。总结制造业服务化效应的类型和表现形式,从价值增值、生产效率和组织能力、知识溢出效应、市场风险、服务化战略与需求匹配等方面分析服务化效应的形成机制,提炼出影响服务化效应的内外部因素。最后,从匹配服务化战略与服务需求、以数字化和模块化深化制造业与现代服务业融合、营造良好的服务化外部环境等方面提出发挥服务化正向效应的实现策略,对未来服务化效应的研究方向进行展望。
Servitization has become an important path and research hot-issue for the upgrading of manufactur⁃ing industry currently.By systematically reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,the research is aimed at analyzing the formation mechanism of the effect of manufacturing servitization and proposing the implementation strategy of the positive effect of manufacturing servitization.Starting from summarizing the type and manifestation of servitization effects,the research analyzes the formation mechanism of servitization effects from the aspects of value addition,production efficiency and organizational capabilities,knowledge-overflow effects,market risk,matching of servitization strategy and demand,etc.,and then extracts the internal and external factors affecting the servitization effects.Finally,the research proposes implementation tactics of giving play to positive effects of servitization in matching the servitization strategy and servitization needs,deepening the integration of modern services and manu⁃facturing industry with the implementation of digitization and modularity and creating a good external environment for servitization and then make a prospect for future research directions of serviceization effects.
