共享制造供应链零部件供需匹配模型研究——以共享单车为例

摘要 文章以当前共享制造平台为基础,提出以零部件交易服务为主要因素,依据公平原则对共享制造供应链中零部件产品的供方和需方进行双边匹配决策。首先,介绍了当今共享制造供应链的发展状况,并强调提高零部件供需服务的必要性;然后,具体以共享单车为例,介绍了零部件供需匹配双方的互评指标体系,决策采用三角直觉模糊数理论,构建双方主体最大满意度目标函数,运用线性加权法和三角模糊数重心比较法给出相对的满意度计算公式,将多目标匹配模型逐步简化、求解;最终,通过一个案例分析具体表现了所提决策方法的优势与可行性。 Based on the current shared manufacturing platform,this paper proposes to take parts trading ser⁃vice as the main factor,and makes bilateral matching decisions between the supplier and the demander of the parts and components in the shared manufacturing supply chain in the principle of fairness.First,it makes a brief state⁃ment of the development of shared manufacturing supply chain,and emphasizes the necessity of improving parts supply and demand service.Then,taking the shared bicycle as an example,it briefly states the mutual evaluation in⁃dex system between the supply-demand matching of parts and components,the decision-making adopts the triangu⁃lar intuition fuzzy number theory to construct the objective function of the maximum satisfaction of both parties,uses the linear weighting method and the triangle fuzzy number barycenter comparison method to give the relative satis⁃faction calculation formula,and gradually simplifies the multi-objective matching model is to seek a solution.Final⁃ly,the advantages and feasibility of the proposed decision-making method are demonstrated through a case study.
