摘要
开展课后服务,是解决“教育三点半”现象的一项重要举措。随着“双减”政策的出台,课后服务成为了学生减负的重要任务与难点,在此基础上,政府和学校也对实施课后服务的教师给予了高度期望和严格要求,但在一定程度上对小学教师的情绪造成了潜在影响。为此,特提出影响小学教师情绪变化的三个潜在因素:教师责任边界、教师工作负担和教师服务薪酬,以及相应的转变方向,进而保证“双减”政策和课后服务的顺利生成。
After-shcool service is an important measure to solve“half past three of the education”.With the introduction of the dual reduction policy,after-school services have become an important task and difficulty for students to reduce their burden.On this basis,the government and schools also have high expectations and restrict reuqirements for teachers who implement after-school services.However,it brings some potential impacts on the emotions of primary school teachers.Therefore,it puts forward three potential factors:teachers’responsibility boundary,teachers’working burden and teachers’service salary and corresponding changing directions so as to gurantee dural reduction policy and successfully generated after-school servces.
