摘要
3-6岁幼儿是教育对象中的特殊群体,身体、心智尚处发展阶段。近年来,随着幼儿教师虐童事件不时被媒体曝出,家长不安、社会恐慌,幼儿园一度坠入“信任危机”,惩戒教育更是被误解、被排斥。幼儿教师尊重幼儿、引导幼儿,但不代表不可批评幼儿、惩戒幼儿,有效的批评、合理的惩戒有益于幼儿成长。本文在论述教师惩戒合理性的前提下,分析幼儿教师在惩戒时易存在的问题并分析原因,提出完善幼儿园教育惩戒立法,明确幼儿教师惩戒权、加强高校惩戒知识培养,提高理论修养、规范幼儿教师惩戒细则,改善惩戒效果、提升幼儿教师职业道德,避免情绪影响、营造实施惩戒良好环境,赢得配合支持五大对策建议。
3-6 years old children is a special group in the education object,body and mind is still in the development stage.In recent years,as the child abuse cases of preschool teachers have been exposed by the media from time to time,parents are uneasy and the society is panicked,and kindergartens have once fallen into a"crisis of trust",and disciplinary education has been misunderstood and rejected.Preschool teachers respect and guide children,but it does not mean that they cannot criticize and punish children.Effective criticism and reasonable punishment are beneficial to children's growth.Under the premise of this paper on the teacher's disciplinary rationality analysis of preschool teachers in disciplinary problems easily and analyze reasons,put forward the perfect legislation of preschool education disciplinary clear punishment power,strengthen the preschool teachers college disciplinary knowledge training,improve the theory training,standardize the preschool teachers disciplinary rules,improve the effect of disciplinary and promote preschool teachers'professional ethics,avoid emotional influence,create a good environment for the implementation of punishment,win the support of five countermeasures.
