摘要
习近平法治思想是新时代全面推进依法治国的重要理论和实践成果,引领高校思想政治教育的重要思想旗帜。高校肩负培育时代新人的重大使命,是开展思想政治教育的主场所。将习近平法治思想融入高校思政课教学,既是高校坚持社会主义办学方向、落实立德树人教育目标的必然要求,也是建设法治中国、提高大学生法治素养的现实需要。具体而言,习近平法治思想的历史地位与时代价值、原创性贡献与人民性特色、核心要义与逻辑理路是习近平法治思想融入高校思政课教学的主要内容。在融入的路径方面重点考虑教育主体的积极性,教育教学的阶段性以及教育场所的功能性,以“三全育人”理论为指导,打造育人新局面。
Xi Jinping's rule of law thoughts is an important theoretical and practical achievement of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in the new era and an important ideological banner leading the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities take the important mission of cultivating new people in the era and are the main venue for ideological and political education.Integrating Xi Jinping's rule of law thoughts into the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is not only an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to adhere to the direction of socialist education and implement the goal of moral education,but also a realistic need for building a rule of law China and improving the legal literacy of college students.Specifically,the historical status and time value of Xi Jinping's rule of law thoughts,the original contribution and people's characteristics,the core essence and logic are the main contents of the integration of Xi Jinping's rule of law thoughts into the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.In terms of the integration path,we should focus on the enthusiasm of educational subjects,the stage of education and teaching,and the function of educational places,and build a new situation of educating people under the guidance of the“three-pronged education”theory.
