近年来,我国数据交易市场呈现蓬勃发展的态势,相关主体参与数据交易不断丰富了数据市场的底层逻辑和交易框架。但是数据交易的发展伴随着交易规则不明晰、交易机制不成熟、交易机制不完善的问题阻碍了数据市场的良好培育。在理论层面,数据产权确权难的根本问题尚未得到统一使得实践层面的数据交易难以规制,由此造成数据交易平台在一定程度上产生垄断现象,并危及整个数据交易市场。囿于现有的数据交易困境,可以从淡化产权观念的基础上,加大对数据市场的培育,并在实践层面创新和探索多种交易方式以此减小交易阻力。

In recent years,my country's data trading market has shown a booming trend.The underlying logic and trading framework of the data market have been continuously enriched in the process of relevant entities participating in data trading.However,the development of data trading is accompanied by unclear trading rules and trading mechanisms.The problems of immaturity and imperfect trading mechanism hinder the good cultivation of the data market.At the theoretical level,the fundamental problem of the difficulty in confirming data property rights has not been unified,which makes it difficult to regulate data transactions at the practical level,which results in the monopoly phenomenon of data trading platforms to a certain extent,and endangers the entire data trading market.Confined to the existing data transaction dilemma,we can increase the cultivation of the data market on the basis of weakening the concept of property rights,and innovate and explore various transaction methods at the practical level to reduce transaction resistance.
