甘肃省0-3岁婴幼儿普惠托育服务体系建设路径研究--基于儿童本位视角的考量

Research on theConstruction Path of Inclusive Childcare Service System for Infants Aged 0-3 in Gansu Province--Based on Child-centered Perspective

普惠性托育服务体系建设是生育友好型社会构建的重要组成部分,是涉及多维度、多层次、多视角的复杂问题。结合国家和地方目前出台的相关政策措施、以往国内外研究经验和甘肃托育服务发展现状,本研究以探索甘肃省普惠性托育服务体系建设为主题,在参照政府履职及经验借鉴基础上提出四大路径思考。

The construction of inclusive childcare service system is an important part of the construction of a childbirth-friendly society,and it is a complex issue involving multiple dimensions,levels and perspectives.Combined with the relevant policies and measures currently introduced by the state and localities,the previous domestic and foreign research experience and the development status of childcare services in Gansu,this study takes the construction of inclusive childcare service system in Gansu Province as the theme,and puts forward four major paths based on the performance of government duties and experience reference.
