安徽省煤炭资源可利用性和保障程度分析

Analysis of the usability and guarantee degree of coal resources in Anhui

安徽省煤炭资源主要集中在两淮煤田,保有资源量338.17亿t,占全省资源量的99%以上。虽然资源相对丰富,但综合考虑相关制约因素,其勘查、开发和接替前景仍不容乐观。根据安徽省煤炭资源调查数据,介绍了安徽省煤炭资源勘查以及开发利用现状,并对安徽省煤炭供需形势进行了分析;通过对资源禀赋条件、勘查程度、矿体埋深及其压覆情况和开采技术条件进行研究,得出以下结论:两淮煤田当前可利用资源量为244.64亿t,占保有资源量的72.3%,正常开采条件下估算保障年限为94 a,资源保障程度较好;未利用矿区保障年限为21 a,可有效接替资源不足。建议在勘查程度较高、找矿难度较大的现实情况下,应高度重视煤炭资源的节约利用,促进煤炭清洁高效利用和转化升值,同时应加强对煤层气资源的综合利用,对政策性闭坑煤矿的资源可利用性进行评估。

The coal resources in Anhui Province are mainly in the Huainan Coalfield and Huaibei Coalfield,with a retained resource reserves of 33.817 billion tons,accounting for over 99%of the province's resources.Although resources are relatively abundant,considering relevant constraints,the prospects for exploration,development,and succession are still not optimistic.Based on the survey results of coal resources in Anhui Province,this paper introduces the current situation of coal resource exploration,development and utilization in Anhui Province,and analyzes the supply and demand situation of coal in Anhui Province;through research on resource endowment conditions,exploration degree,ore body burial depth and its coverage,as well as mining technology conditions,it is concluded that the current available resources in Huainan Coalfield and Huaibei Coalfield are 24.464 billion tons,accounting for 72.3%of the total retained resource reserves,and the estimated guarantee period is 94 years under normal mining conditions,indicating a good degree of resource guarantee;the guarantee period for unused mining areas is 21 years,and there is insufficient effective replacement resources.It is suggested that in the current situation of high exploration level and difficult mineral exploration,high attention should be paid to the conservation and utilization of coal resources,promoting clean and efficient utilization and conversion appreciation of coal,at the same time,comprehensive utilization of coalbed methane resources should be strengthened,and the resource availability of policy-based closed-pit coal mines should be evaluated.
