彬长矿区复杂地质条件下煤矿灾害预警平台研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 陕西彬长矿业集团有限公司(以下简称“彬长矿业”)下属5对矿井开采条件复杂,受水、火、瓦斯、冲击地压等灾害影响严重,亟需基于监测数据构建分析模型对各类灾害进行超前分析和预警,以此促进矿井安全生产。分析了几种灾害的大数据特征,研究了监测预警模型和预警指标体系,研发了煤矿复杂地质条件下灾害监测预警平台,该平台可实现灾害的实时监测和预警,并可以“一张图”综合展示。现场实际应用表明,通过对各监测系统实时数据和历史数据的集成、加工、挖掘,形成了有效的安全预警模型,实现了彬长矿业下属5对矿井灾害的实时监测、大数据分析、提前预警和预警信息分析推送等功能,大大提升了彬长矿业的灾害监测和预警水平。 The mining conditions of subordinate five mines of Shaanxi Binchang Mining Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Binchang Mining)are complex and seriously affected by water,fire,gas,rock burst and other disasters,and it is urgent to build an analysis model based on monitoring data to carry out advanced analysis and early warning for various disasters,so as to promote safety production.The big data characteristics of several disasters were analyzed,and monitoring warning model and early warning index system were constructed,and a disaster warning platform under complex geological conditions of coal mines was developed,which could realize the comprehensive display of real-time monitoring and early warning information with“one map”.The practical application indicates that through the integration,processing and mining of real-time data and historical data of various monitoring systems,an effective safety early warning model is formed with the functions of real-time monitoring,big data identification,early warning and warning information analysis and push of disasters in the five coal mines,which greatly improves the disaster monitoring and early warning level of Binchang Mining.
