摘要
以唐口煤矿6304大埋深、强冲击、易自燃综放工作面开采为例,分析了不同回采速度条件下工作面覆岩应力分布特征、采场能量释放规律及采空区氧化升温带演化规律。研究结果表明,随回采速度的增大,采场覆岩最大主应力峰值呈指数增加,同时采场能量释放出现明显的波动现象;采空区氧化升温带最大宽度与回采速度呈负相关。进行了回采速度优化和现场工业试验,发现6304工作面以7 m/d的回采速度进行煤炭开采时,在确保工作面无冲击地压灾害发生的同时能够防止采空区遗煤自然发火,有效保障了工作面安全高效生产。
Taking the mining conditions of 6304 fully mechanized caving face with large buried depth,strong impact and easy spontaneous combustion in Tangkou Coal Mine as an example,the stress distribution characteristics of overburden,energy release law of stope and evolution law of oxidation heating zone of goaf under different mining speed were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of mining speed,the peak value of the maximum principal stress of the overburden increased exponentially,and the energy release of the stope fluctuated obviously;the maximum width of oxidation heating zone in goaf was negatively correlated with the mining speed.After optimizing the mining speed and conducting on-site industrial tests,it was found that when the 6304 working face was advancing at a mining speed of 7 m/d,there was no occurrence of rock burst disasters in the working face,and the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf was controlled,effectively ensuring the safe and efficient production of the working face.
