窑街煤电集团商品煤气化适应性与经济性分析研究

Analysis and research on adaptability and economy of commercial coal gasification of Yaojie Coal and Electricity Group

为拓展窑街煤电集团商品煤化工领域的应用,研究了该集团4个煤矿商品煤的气化适应性,并根据靖远煤电刘化集团粉煤加压气化技术制尿素的工艺流程,结合这4个煤矿商品煤煤质特性指标,对其煤气化制尿素的适应性与经济性进行了深入分析,旨在为后续整体商品煤产品结构优化提供技术支撑。研究分析结果表明,4个煤矿生产的商品煤作为靖远煤电刘化集团公司煤气化制化肥用煤在技术上完全可行,但其中金河煤矿和天祝煤业的精煤以及海石湾煤矿的混煤因价格较高,不具有经济优势。

In order to expand the application of Yaojie Coal and Electricity Group in the field of commercial coal chemical industry,the gasification adaptability of commercial coal from four coal mines of the Group was studied.Based on the process flow of urea production from pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology of Jingyuan Coal Power Liuhua Group,combined with the quality characteristics of the commercial coal from the four production coal mines,the adaptability and economy of urea production by coal gasification were analyzed in depth,so as to provide technical support for the overall product structure optimization in the future.The research and analysis results show that the commercial coal from the four mines is technically feasible as the coal for urea production by coal gasification in Liuhua Group,while the clean coal from Jinhe Coal Mine and Tianzhu Coal Industry and the blended coal from Haishiwan Coal Mine have no economic advantage due to the high price.
