摘要
富氧侧吹熔池熔炼-多枪顶吹吹炼技术成熟可靠。基于该工艺铜冶炼生产过程的反应机理,采用冶金计算软件建立功能模块,模拟侧吹熔炼—顶吹吹炼—阳极炉精炼全流程,不仅为冶炼厂设计提供了依据,同时也为开发数模专家系统打下了基础。
Oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting and multi-lance top-blow converting technology is mature and reliable in copper smelting technology.Based on the reaction mechanism of copper smelting process,a function module was established by using metallurgical calculation software to simulate the whole process of side-blown smelting,top-blown converting and anode refining.It not only provides a basis for the design of smelter,but also lays a foundation for the development of digital-analog expert system.
