摘要
闪速炉生产参数优化控制直接影响整个闪速炉生产。针对现有的新型闪速熔炉双旋流预混型精矿喷嘴,随着闪速炉生产能力的进一步提升,出现炉况不稳定现象,为进一步实现提产增效的目标,对高投料量条件下闪速炉生产参数操作方案开展系统仿真研究,以实现190 t/h投料量条件下的稳定生产为主要目标,探寻闪速炉优化操作模式及其操作参数配套方案。
The optimal control of production parameters of flash furnace directly affects the whole production of flash furnace.Aiming at the existing double-swirl premix concentrate nozzles of new flash furnace,with the further improvement of the production capacity of the flash furnace,the furnace condition instability phenomenon appears.In order to further improve the production and efficiency of the flash furnace,a systematic simulation study was carried out on the operation scheme of the production parameters of the flash furnace under the condition of high feed quantity,with the main objective of achieving stable production under the condition of 190 t/h feed quantity.To explore the optimal operation mode of flash furnace and the matching scheme of operation parameters.
