高效率双倍尺冷剪技术的研究与开发

摘要 介绍了国内外经济大环境下,钢铁行业面临的严峻形势和市场需求状况。对传统棒材生产线冷剪机区域的生产工艺布置进行了描述,根据车间产能提升带来的设备故障频发、运行成本增加、定尺效率较低等难点问题,从剪切工艺流程和生产工艺布置出发,引入可横移式冷剪机,实现了“一次定位+两次剪切”,提升了生产效率;研发了在线横移装置,可进行剪切中心线的快速横移调整,提升了二次定尺效率;开发了定尺行程高效调控方法,通过“位置检测+高效定位”等两大系统,实现定尺行程的快速读取和精准定位,提升了设备的在线调控效率。开发完成的双倍尺生产工艺,更为符合产能提升和高效生产等先进理念,引领了未来棒材领域的发展潮流。 Introduced the severe situation and market demand situation faced by the steel industry in the domestic and international economic environment.This article describes the production process layout of the traditional bar production line cold shear area.Based on the difficulties of frequent equipment failures,increased operating costs,and low sizing efficiency caused by the increase in workshop capacity,starting from the cutting process flow and production process layout,a horizontally movable cold shear machine is introduced to achieve“one positioning+two shearing”and improve production efficiency,an online lateral displacement device that can quickly adjust the shear centerline and improve the efficiency of secondary sizing was developed,meanwhile,an efficient regulation method for fixed length travel was developed,which achieves fast reading and precise positioning of fixed length travel through two major systems,namely“position detection+efficient positioning”,and improves the online regulation efficiency of the equipment.The developed double scale production process is more in line with advanced concepts such as increased production capacity and efficient production,leading the development trend in the field of bar materials in the future.
