电驱动连杆缓冲式超大钢锭翻锭装置的设计

摘要 超大钢锭从均热炉中以竖直状态夹出后需翻转放平至辊道上,针对传统的翻锭车无法适应现在超大钢锭高频翻转的需求,提出了一种带缓冲机构的超大钢锭翻锭装置。采用电机驱动曲柄连杆机构满足了超大钢锭翻转的使用要求,同时,对工作静力大、承受冲击力大的连杆中设置蝶形弹簧,通过弹簧缓冲吸收实际操作中钢锭的冲击力,保证该翻锭装置能够长期、平稳的运行。 After being clamped vertically from the soaking pit,the oversized steel ingot needs to be overturned and placed flat on the roller table.Traditional ingot overturning machines cannot adapt to the current demand for high-frequency overturning of oversized steel ingots.So an oversized steel ingot overturning device with a buffer mechanism is proposed.The use of crank connecting rod mechanism driven by a motor meets the requirements for the overturning of oversized steel ingots.Meanwhile,the disc spring are set in the link withstanding heavy working static force and impact force,which absorbs the impact force of the steel ingot in actual operation through spring,to ensure that the overturning device can smoothly operate for a long time.
