国人机械瓣置换术后的抗凝策略

Anticoagulation strategies for Chinese patients after mechanical valve replacement surgery

对于瓣膜病变的患者,心脏瓣膜置换术是其主要的治疗方式。而机械瓣较生物瓣相比具有耐用性强,再手术的风险小等优点。但是在置入术后需要长期抗凝来预防血栓的形成和不良事件的发生,临床上主要使用华法林进行抗凝治疗。但目前尚未形成标准的监测标准来指导华法林的使用,在使用往往需要更加精确和小心,本文就机械瓣置换术后的抗凝策略和研究进展进行总结和评述。

For patients with valvular heart disease,surgical replacement of the cardiac valve is the primary treatment.Compared with biological valves,mechanical valves have the advantages of being more durable and having a lower risk of reoperation.However,long-term anticoagulation is required after implantation to prevent the formation of thrombosis and adverse events.Warfarin is mainly used for anticoagulation therapy in clinical practice but there is currently no the standardized monitoring standard to guide the use of warfarin,which often requires more precise and careful use.This article summarizes and comments on anticoagulation strategies and research progress after mechanical valve replacement.
