智慧中医药服务新模式的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on New Model of Smart Traditional Chinese Medicine Service

目的构建包含诊前、诊中和诊后全流程闭环管理的互联网+中医院智慧医疗服务平台,形成线上线下一体化智慧中医药服务新模式。方法通过“互联网+”、5G、大数据、云计算和人工智能等,将线上和线下业务深度融合,构建互联网+中医院智慧医疗服务平台,形成智慧中医药服务新模式,建立智慧中医药服务管理新体系。结果互联网+中医院智慧医疗服务平台建成后,不仅实现了中医药服务的线上线下一体化,也完成了智慧服务的三级对标建设,有效地将名医效应和中医药服务覆盖到全部院区和分院。结论实现了名院、中医院、基层医院三院协同,形成线上线下诊治一体的智慧中医药服务新模式,实现了医疗服务连贯、医疗业务连贯和医疗管理连贯的医疗体系,有助于满足群众对中医医疗服务不断增长的需求。

Objective Build an Internet+Smart traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospital medical service platform that includes closed-loop management of the entire process before,during,and after diagnosis,and achieve the design of a new model of integrated offline and online smart TCM services.Methods Through information technologies such as Internet+,5G,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence etc,online and offline businesses are deeply integrated to an Internet+Smart TCM hospital medical service platform,formed a new model of smart TCM service,and established a new system of smart TCM service management.Results Internet+Smart TCM service integration platform has completed the three-tier benchmarking construction of Smart Service while realizing the online and offline integration of TCM services,effectively covering the effect of famous doctors and TCM services to all hospital districts and branches.Conclusion The hospital has realized the collaboration of famous hospitals,TCM hospitals and basic hospitals,formed a new system of TCM services integrating online and offline diagnosis and treatment,realized a medical system with coherent medical services and medical management,and met the growing demand of the masses for TCM services.
