摘要
为降低内河航道建设对生态环境的负面影响,多孔混凝土逐渐应用于航道护坡工程。针对传统多孔混凝土耐磨抗冻性能差的问题,制备了适用于航道护坡工程服役环境的新型橡胶多孔混凝土,并开展了抗压和弯拉试验,系统探究了不同橡胶粒径和掺量对多孔混凝土拉压力学性能的影响规律,建立了橡胶多孔混凝土数值模型,从细观角度阐述了橡胶多孔混凝土破坏机理。新型橡胶多孔混凝土应用于实际护坡工程,并取得了较好的护坡效果,为其在航道护坡工程中的应用提供了参考依据。
Porous concrete has been gradually used in slope protection works for inland waterways in order to reduce the negative impact of inland waterway construction on the ecological environment.A new type of rubberized porous concrete suitable for the service environment of waterway slope was produced to overcome the shortcomings of traditional porous concrete(i.e.,poor wear and frost resistance).Compressive and flexural tests were conducted on this new type of concrete.The influence of different rubber particle sizes and the amount of addition on the mechanical properties of the rubberized porous concrete was systematically investigated and a numerical model was built for the rubberized porous concrete to explore microscopically the mechanism of failure of the rubberized porous concrete.In addition,the porous rubber concrete has been used for practical slope protection works and achieved good result.The findings in the study provides reference to the future applications of this new type of rubberized porous concrete in waterway slope protections.
