摘要
为研究深中通道钢壳混凝土沉管在浇筑过程中的变形,考虑混凝土强度和温度场的作用下,采用有限元计算软件对钢壳混凝土管节分别在自重、流塑混凝土作用、温度作用下的受力情况及变形进行分析,并结合标准管节实测数据对分析计算结果进行对比分析。结果显示:所采用的浇筑工艺可满足管节尺寸要求,同时所采用的计算方法及结果与实测数据接近,证明该计算方法是合理的,可在未来相似工程中进行应用。
For the study of the deformation of steel shell immersed tube elements in the process of pouring of concrete for Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link and taking into account the concrete strength and the temperature field,finite element calculation software was used to analyze the stress distribution and deformation of a steel shell immersed tube element under the action of its self-weight,flowing plastic concrete and temperature and the calculated results were analyzed and compared with the measured data of a standard immersed tube element.The results show that the pouring process can meet the requirements of the size of an immersed tube element,and the calculation method and results are close to the measured data,which proves that the calculation method is reasonable and can be applied to similar projects in the future.
