移动互联环境下大学生信息焦虑、健康焦虑与错失焦虑的关联机制研究

Association Mechanism of Information Anxiety,Health Anxiety and Fear of Missing Out among University;Students under Mobile Internet Environment

[目的/意义]多种焦虑情绪之间存在关联机制,信息焦虑、健康焦虑和错失焦虑都属于焦虑情绪的亚型,但尚未有研究对上述3种焦虑是否存在关联机制进行探索。本文旨在探究大学生群体中信息焦虑、健康焦虑和错失焦虑之间的关系,分析健康焦虑的形成和维持机制,为预防和缓解健康焦虑提供参考建议。[方法/过程]采用随机抽样法,参考怀特利指数量表、信息焦虑量表和错失焦虑量表开发新的问卷对内蒙古、上海、天津三地268名大学生进行调查。使用SPSS进行回归分析和中介作用分析,对所提出的假设进行检验。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,学历对健康焦虑有显著影响,信息焦虑和错失焦虑可以显著正向预测健康焦虑,错失焦虑在信息焦虑和健康焦虑中起部分中介作用。可以通过降低信息焦虑和错失焦虑程度来缓解健康焦虑,并提出相应的对策建议。

[Purpose/Significance]There are association mechanisms for anxiety,and information anxiety,health anxiety and miss anxiety are all classified as anxiety,but no study has explored whether there are any of the above three anxiety association mechanisms.This paper aims to explore the relationship between information anxiety,health anxiety and miss anxiety in the group of university;students,analyze the formation and maintenance mechanism of health anxiety,and provide reference suggestions for the prevention and relief of health anxiety.[Method/Process]Random sampling method was used to investigate 268 university;students in Inner Mongolia,Shanghai and Tianjin by referring to the Whiteley Index scale,information anxiety Scale and miss anxiety scale.The proposed hypotheses were tested by performing the regression analysis and the mediation effects analysis using SPSS.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that education has a significant effect on health anxiety,information anxiety and miss anxiety can significantly positively predict health anxiety,and miss anxiety can partially mediate information anxiety and health anxiety.Health anxiety can alleviate health anxiety by reducing the degree of information anxiety and miss anxiety,and corresponding countermeasures can be put forward.
