摘要
[目的/意义]抽取信息偶遇影响因素,并结合改进ISM-MICMAC模型,分析信息偶遇影响因素的关联路径与层级关系,丰富了信息偶遇影响因素相关理论与实践研究,为相关信息服务机构优化用户信息获取的平衡性,以及提高用户信息获取效益提供应用参考。[方法/过程]通过文献调研法获取初始文献,并基于小组讨论和专家咨询法确定用户、信息、环境、情境4个维度共15个影响因素,结合改进ISM解释结构模型、MICMAC交叉矩阵相乘法明确影响因素的关联路径及分类关系,并提出对应的管理策略。[结果/结论]研究发现,心理状态、偶遇经历与认知风格的依赖群因素易受其他因素影响,进而触发信息偶遇行为;信息质量、信息明显度与信息相关度起承上启下作用,需相关机构协同控制,才能提高信息偶遇发生概率;根源层中网络环境作为唯一的独立群因素,对信息偶遇影响最深,因此该因素的有效解决对其他因素的解决有积极的促进作用。
[Purpose/Significance]Extract the influencing factors of information encounter,and combine with the improved ISM-MICMAC model to analyze the correlation path and hierarchical relationship of the influencing factors of information encounter,which enriches the relevant theoretical and practical research on the influencing factors of information encounter,and provides an application reference for relevant information service institutions to optimize the balance of user information acquisition and improve the efficiency of user information acquisition.[Method/Process]The papar obtained the initial literature through literature research,and determined 15 influencing factors in four dimensions of user,information,environment and situation based on group discussion and expert consultation.Combined with improved ISM interpretation structure model and MICMAC cross matrix multiplication,identified the association path and classification relationship of influencing factors,and proposed corresponding optimization strategies.[Results/Conclusion]The study finds that the dependence group factors of psychological state,encounter experience and cognitive style are easily affected by other factors,which triggered information encounter behavior;The information quality,information visibility and information relevance play a connecting role,which require the coordinated control of relevant institutions to improve the probability of information encounter;In the root layer,the network environment,as the only independent group factor,has the deepest influence on the information encounter,so the effective solution of this factor has a positive role in promoting the solution of other factors.
