情感驱动的社交网络用户内容创建及信息传播行为研究

Research on Users'Content Creation and Information Dissemination Behaviors Motivated by Emotion in Social Networks

[目的/意义]证实社交网络用户情感对内容创建及信息传播行为的影响机理。[方法/过程]采用Python爬取微博用户言论数据。首先,基于文本分析计算用户情感值;其次,对用户内容创建及信息传播行为进行定量分析;最后,通过构建固定效应回归模型对研究假设进行检验。[结果/结论]用户情感及情感改变对社交网络行为均有显著影响,用户情感越强烈、越极端,用户内容创建及信息传播行为越频繁;用户情感改变越剧烈,用户社交网络行为变化越大;用户性别及认证属性对情感与社交网络行为的关系起到了调节效应。

[Purpose/Significance]This study aims to confirm the influence mechanism of social network user'emotion on content creation and information dissemination behavior.[Method/Process]Using the crawled microblog user opinion data with Python.Firstly,the users'emotion value was calculated based on text analysis.Secondly,the users'content creation and information dissemination behavior were analyzed quantitatively.Finally,a fixed-effect regression model was constructed to test the research hypothesis.[Results/Conclusion]Users'emotion and emotional changes significantly impact their social network behavior.The more intense and extreme the users'emotion is,the more routine users'content creation and information dissemination behavior.The more drastic changes in users'emotions,the more significant the change in users'social network behaviors.Users'gender and authentication attribute moderate the relationship between users'emotion and social network behaviors.
