摘要
煤矿井下采用卡轨车运输大型设备前,常采用经验目测和尺子测量的方法对运输通道进行验收,存在误差大、运输效率低等问题。文章提出了一种可根据实际使用需求对支架模型的高度、左右及前后长度进行调节的新型三自由度卡轨车运输支架结构。该装置主要由升降机构、移动杆和围栏架等组成,可模拟大型运输设备的实际尺寸。通过设计、制作卡轨车支架结构模型,用于运输路线实际检验,提高了卡轨车运输效率,减少了不必要的人力物力损耗,减少了运输事故。
Before the large-scale equipment is transported by rail truck in coal mine,the method of experiential visual measurement and ruler measurement is often used to check and accept the transportation channel.In this paper,a new type of three-degree-of-freedom rail car transport support structure is proposed,which can adjust the height,left-right and front-back length of the support model according to the actual demand.The device is mainly composed of lifting mechanism,moving rod and fence frame,which can simulate the actual size of large transport equipment.By designing and making the frame structure model of the rail truck,it can be used for the actual inspection of the transportation route and improve the transportation efficiency of the rail truck.
