摘要
空间太阳电池表面需覆盖玻璃盖片,使太阳电池免受空间辐照的危害,延长电池寿命。玻璃微珠和盖片胶混合制备的新型赝形玻璃盖片兼具柔软可变形和抵御辐照的优点,是一种有潜力的空间封装材料。该材料在应用过程中发现光学透射率与工艺制程强相关。针对赝形玻璃盖片,基于时域有限差分法仿真研究其光透过性,探究了实际生产过程中的多种工艺因素,如玻璃微珠的尺寸、间距、层数、与盖片胶间的结合强度及盖片胶厚度等因素对玻璃盖片光透射率的影响,通过综合分析相关工艺组合,为空间太阳电池赝形玻璃盖片的工艺制程提供理论依据,加快其开发应用过程。
The surface of the space solar cell is generally covered with a coverglass to protect the cell substrate from space radiation and prolong the cell life.The pseudomorphic coverglass prepared by mixing glass beads and cover slip glue has the advantages of soft deformation and radiation resistance,and is a potential space encapsulation material.The strong correlation between the optical transmittance and the process is found during material application.The finite difference time domain method was used to study its light transmittance,and the influence of a variety of technical factors in the production process on its transmittance was researched,including the beads’size,spacing,number of layers,the combination strength between the glass beads and the cover slip glue and cover glass glue thickness.Through the comprehensive analysis of relevant process combinations,this work could provide a theoretical reference for the process design of the pseudomorphic coverglass and accelerate its development and application process.
