《医经津渡》医学思想探颐

A probe into the medical thought of Medical Classic of Jindu

《医经津渡》为清代医家范在文所著。该书基于《内经》《难经》阐发了脏腑的形态及作用,提出了五行与脏腑合参、三关与八卦相应等医学观点,阐释了五运之理与六气升降的源流,将医理与易之卦理及诸子百家之说相结合,以阐明四时顺摄之法,对后世临床诊治疾病及养生调摄具有较高的指导价值。本文从图辨脏腑经络,详解三焦五色;五行与脏腑合参,三关与八卦相应;探五运六气之源,究四时顺摄之术3个方面对其医学思想予以阐述,以期对临床诊治疾病有所帮助。

The Medical Classics of Jindu is written by Fan Zaiwen,a doctor in the Qing Dynasty.Based on the Huangdi Neijing(Inner Canon of Huangdi)and the Nan Jing(Classic of Questioning),the book expounds the forms and functions of zang-fu viscera,puts forward the medical viewpoints such as the comprehensive consideration of the fi ve phrases and zang-fu viscera,the correspondence between the three passes and the eight trigrams,explains the origins of the fi ve phases theory and the ascending and descending of the six climatic factors.The work combines the medical theory with the hexagrams of Yi and the theory of Hundred Schools of Thought to clarify the methods for health maintenance in the four seasons,which has a higher guiding value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases and the health maintenance in later generations.This article elucidates its medical ideas from the following three aspects:distinguishing the zang-fu viscera and meridians,providing a detailed explanation of sanjiao and the fi ve colors;comprehensively considering the fi ve phrases and zang-fu viscera,corresponding the three passes with the eight trigrams;exploring the origins of the fi ve evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and clarifying the methods for preserving health in the four seasons,which is expected to be helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
