裴晓华教授运用“以通为补”理论治疗产后缺乳经验

Professor Pei Xiaohua's experience in treating postpartum hypogalactia by applying the theory of tonifying qi and blood by unblocking breast collaterals

根据缺乳患者产后气血亏虚的病因病机,裴晓华教授认为“虚”应理解为气血的绝对不足及因热毒、痰湿、气滞等实邪阻滞乳络导致气血的相对虚少2个方面。“以通为补”的理论既符合乳房的生理特点,又对产后缺乳的治疗具有指导意义,临证应辨明证候的虚实,虚者补益,实者通调,使气血运行趋于常态,可以明显提高中医药治疗产后缺乳的疗效。

According to the etiology and pathogenesis of postpartum qi and blood deficiency in patients with hypogalactia,Professor Pei Xiaohua believes that"defi ciency"should include two aspects:on one hand,the absolute deficiency of qi and blood;on the other hand,the relative deficiency of qi and blood caused by heat toxin,phlegm dampness and qi stagnation blocking breast collaterals.The theory of"tonifying qi and blood by unblocking breast collaterals"not only accords with the physiological characteristics of the breast,but also has a guiding significance for the treatment of postpartum oligogalactia.Its clinical syndrome diff erentiation requires to distinguish between a defi ciency syndrome and an excess syndrome,and to treat the defi ciency syndrome by tonifying qi and blood or to treat the excess syndrome by unblocking and regulating breast collaterals,so that qi and blood tend to circulate in a normal and smooth manner.The treatment methods under the theory can signifi cantly improve the TCM effi cacy in treating postpartum hypogalactia.
