带式输送机斜交转载连接溜管的设计方法

摘要 溜管是一种用于散料输送领域相邻2条带式输送机连接的转载设备,当相邻2条带式输送机斜交转载时,溜管的设计存在一定难度。对此文中提出一种利用CAD+SolidWorks设计带式输送机斜交转载连接溜管的方法。首先在CAD中对相邻2条带式输送机的使用工况进行分析,得到平立面布置图并设定三维坐标系。选定上游带式输送机头部漏斗出口面中心为设定坐标系的原点,根据设定情况在立面图中得到溜管出口面的中心点,同时能够得到该中心点和溜管出口面4个顶点的2个方向的坐标值;然后利用得到的坐标值在平面图上得到该中心点的位置,按设定情况可以得到溜管出口面4个顶点的第3个坐标值,同时也能得到溜管入口面4个顶点的三维坐标值;最后在SolidWorks中利用得到的相应点坐标值进行溜管建模。该设计方法便于溜管的设计、制作、安装以及工厂模型的装配和溜管非标图拆件。最后通过现场应用实践表明了该方法的可行性。 The chute is a kind of transfer equipment used for bulk material transportation,which connects two adjacent belt conveyors.When two adjacent belt conveyors are transferred obliquely,the chute is difficult to design.Therefore,in this paper,a method of designing connecting chute by using CAD+SolidWorks is proposed.Firstly,the working conditions of two adjacent belt conveyors are analyzed in CAD,and the plane and elevation layout is obtained and the three-dimensional coordinate system is set.The center of the outlet surface of the head funnel of the upstream belt conveyor is taken as the origin of the set coordinate system,and the center point of the outlet surface of the chute is obtained in the elevation drawing according to the set working condition,as well as the coordinate values of the center point and the two directions of the four vertices of the outlet surface of the chute.Secondly,using the obtained coordinates to mark the position of the center point on the plane graph,the third coordinates of the four vertices at the exit surface of the chute and the three-dimensional coordinates of the four vertices at the entrance surface of the chute can be obtained according to the set working condition.Finally,the chute is modeled using the corresponding point coordinate values obtained by SolidWorks.The design method is convenient for the design,manufacture and installation of chute,assembly of factory model and disassembly of chute.Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by field application.
