架空索道轮组的检修策略

随着国内旅游业快速发展和滑雪爱好者的增加,旅游架空索道和滑雪架空索道的需求不断增加,为确保架空索道的安全运行,亟需加强架空索道轮组的检修与保养。文中详细介绍了架空索道轮组的工作原理、结构和运行方式的特性以及架空索道轮组的维修与更换措施。分析了架空索道轮组的故障原因,并使用专业轮组拆装工具螺旋千斤顶和手拉葫芦拆卸轮组和更换轮组的方法与过程,保证安全高效地完成检修和更换轮组的任务。提出了架空索道轮组的检修策略,保证了架空索道的安全运营。

With the rapid development of domestic tourism,the number of skiers has increased.Considering the increasing demand for tourist aerial ropeways and ski aerial ropeways,in order to ensure the safe operation of aerial ropeways,it is urgent to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of aerial ropeways wheelsets.In this paper,the working principle,structure,characteristics of operation mode and maintenance and replacement measures of aerial ropeway wheelset are introduced in detail.The failure causes of the wheelset of aerial ropeway are analyzed,and the method and process of disassembling and replacing the wheelset by using professional wheelset disassembling tools,namely screw jack and chain block,are explained to ensure the safe and efficient completion of wheelset overhaul and replacement.Maintenance strategies about aerial ropeway wheelset is put forward,which ensures the safe operation of aerial ropeway.
