基于三维反问题设计理论之不同载荷的离心压缩机性能研究

摘要 使用基于三维反问题设计理论的TURBOdesign Suite软件设计出两款相同工况、不同叶片载荷的离心压缩机叶片。并通过ANSYS CFX软件对两款设计的叶片进行流场仿真,研究不同形式的叶片载荷加载对离心压缩机叶片工况点和非工况点的影响。通过流场分析,对比不同载荷下离心压缩机叶片的二次流损耗、前缘激波损耗以及三维流线。研究结果发现,当叶片载荷为“轮毂层及中间层后加载,轮盖层前加载”形式时,该设计拥有更好的二次流抑制效果及更高的设计点效率,同时性能曲线上高流量点的效率也有明显提升。 Two different centrifugal impellers with different blade loading prescriptions are designed using the 3D inverse design software TURBOdesign Suite.ANSYS CFX is used for the CFD simulations to predict the two individual compressors'performance at design and off-design points.The internal flow analyses can help to reveal the nature of losses due to secondary flows and shocks at the leading edge,and visualize the flow behaviors with 3D streamlines.The results show that a combination of aft-loading on the hub and midspan and for-loading on the shroud can lead to better suppressions of secondary flows,and therefore give a higher efficiency.Meanwhile,the efficiency of higher flows on the performance curve is also noticeably improved.
