氨火炬系统升级改造经验总结

A SUMMARY ON AMMONIA FLARE SYSTEM UPDATING

合成氨装置在长期运行期间氨火炬系统受易熄灭、点火难、燃烧不充分、无在线监控装置等影响,严重制约装置安全稳定运行,不能达到安全环保新标准要求,面临淘汰风险。通过对市场上的氨火炬考察,结合装置自身特点,研发出一种新型的氨火炬系统,满足了生产正常需求。

The ammonia flare system in the synthetic ammonia plant during its operation is easity to be influenced by the blowing out,the difficulty in ignition,insufficient burn,and no on-line monitoring device,which will seriously restrict the safe and stable operation,and will not be able to meet the latest safety and environmental protection standards,facing the risk of being eliminated.Through research on the ammonia flare in the market,and considering the characteristics of the plant itself,a new type of ammonia flare system was developed to meet the normal requirement of the production.
