摘要
针对SE-东方炉粉煤气化装置中速磨煤机密封系统的特点,分析其运行过程中氮气消耗量大、开车过程中氧含量控制困难的主要原因,提出了优化密封系统的建议。密封系统优化措施实施后,有效地减少了磨煤机低低压氮气的使用量,降低了系统氧含量控制难度,实现了节能降耗的目的。
This paper mainly analyzed the characteristics of the sealing system of coal mill in SE pulverized coal gasification unit,analyzed the main reasons for large nitrogen consumption and the difficulty in oxygen content control during the commissioning,and put forward suggestions for optimizing the sealing system.Through comparison and analysis,the coal mill can effectively reduce the use of low and low pressure nitrogen,realize the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction,and also reduce the difficulty of oxygen content control in the system.
