一段转化炉转化管整体更换的高效施工方案

摘要 合成氨装置一段转化炉转化管由于长期服役,材质劣化严重,进入高温蠕变加速期,期间多次发生因炉管材质劣化造成部分蠕胀变形和破裂泄漏等状况,存在较大安全风险,为消除设备运行隐患,决定对378根转化管全部进行更换。通过科学排布施工流程,高效组织人员施工,在大修窗口期内及时完成转化管更换任务,并解决了前期烟道墙鼓包变形、开裂漏风等一系列问题。项目实际施工时间比原计划提前7 d完成。 The primary converter in the synthetic ammonia plant served for a long time,and the material of converter tube deteriorated seriously,and went into high temperature creep deformation acceleration period.Server accidents happened due to tube material deterioration,such as partial creep expansion deformation and cracking leakage.To eliminate the safety risk of equipment,we decided to change the total 378 tubes.By scientific arrangement of construction process and high efficiency mobilization of work staff for construction,the task of tube change was carried out in time in the overhaul period.The problems existed previously in the gas flu duct were solved at the same time,such as the wall swell deformation and the crack to leak air.The complete time was seven(7)days earlier than the original plan.
