摘要
介绍烯烃催化裂解装置主要工艺流程,分析催化裂解反应切换周期、反应温度、塔系回流比对装置运行的影响,对烯烃催化裂解装置优化运行提出改进建议。通过对比分析认为反应器最佳切换周期为5 d;反应后期操作温度提高5~10℃可提高双烯收率;脱丙烷塔回流比调整为2.57,脱丁烷回流比调整为0.72最为经济。
The main process flow of olefin FCC plant was introduced.The influence of FCC reaction shift cycle,the reaction temperature,and the reflux ratio of columns to the operation of the plant was analyzed.The operation optimization plan for olefin FCC was presented.The analysis shows that the optimal shift cycle is five(5)days;raising the temperature 5~10℃at the later operation period can increase the olefin yield;the reflux ratio of depropanizer being adjusted to 2.57 and debutanizer to 0.72 will yield the best economic benefit.
