聚乙烯纤维的定性定量化学分析探讨

摘要 聚乙烯纤维强度大、韧性强且性能优良,其在诸多生产领域得到了广泛应用。文章尝试对聚乙烯纤维材料展开定性分析,应用了显微镜法、燃烧法和熔点仪法,为得到聚乙烯纤维在各个化学试剂中的修正系数,将聚乙烯纤维分别放入酸性、碱性溶液中观察其反应,结果发现,聚乙烯纤维放入溶剂前后质量存在差值,进而得到修正系数;此外,还采取了标准GB/T 2910—2009中的化学定量分析法,试验对象选择多种类型的聚乙烯纤维和其他纤维的混纺样品,为材料研究提供帮助,有利于更好地应用高分子有机材料。 Polyethylene fibers have high strength,toughness,and excellent properties,they have been widely used in many production fields.This paper attempts to conduct qualitative analysis of polyethylene fiber materials,using methods of microscopy,combustion,and melting point instrument.In order to obtain the correction coefficients of polyethylene fibers in various chemical reagents,the polyethylene fibers were placed in acidic and alkaline solutions to observe their reactions.The results showed that there was a difference in the quality of polyethylene fibers before and after being placed in the solvent,and the correction coefficients were obtained;in addition,the chemical quantitative analysis method in the standard GB/T 2910—2009 was adopted,and the test subjects were selected from various types of polyethylene fibers and other fiber blended samples,providing assistance for material research and facilitating the better application of polymer organic materials.
