摘要
现阶段,纺织产业正朝着智能化与数字化方向转型升级。文章以机器视觉技术为研究对象,阐述了机器视觉技术的定义与算法原理,从自动检测清除异纤、纺纱生产智能化、输送与打包自动化、纺织物瑕疵点检测和织物整纬整花监测5个方面进行分析,结合案例探讨了机器视觉技术在纺织产业中的应用优势,以期为纺织产业智能化发展提供理论参考。
At present,textile industry is transitioning and upgrading towards intelligence and digitization.This paper takes machine vision technology as the research object and elaborates on the definition and algorithmic principles of machine vision technology,analyzes from five aspects:automatic detection and removal of foreign fibers,intelligent spinning production,automatic conveying and packaging,detection of textile defects,and online monitoring of pattern appearance,combines cases to explore the application advantages of machine vision technology in the textile industry,in order to provide theoretical reference for the intelligent development of the textile industry.
