摘要
文章通过对“服装生产与跟单”课程教学现状的分析,在成果导向教育(OBE)理念的指导下参考多位服装企业跟单部门负责人、服装跟单员的建议,提炼出“教学企业化、流程模块化”的教学方法,按企业实际需求分模块进行,使教师教学更符合行业要求,多方面提升学生应对跟单工作的综合能力,提高教师的教学实践水平。
Through an analysis of the current teaching situation of the course of“Clothing Production and Tracking”,and guided by the outcome-based education(OBE)concept,with reference to the suggestions of multiple clothing enterprise tracking department heads and clothing tracking personnel,this paper extracts a teaching method of“teaching enterprise oriented and process modular”,which is divided into modules according to the actual needs of the enterprise,making teachers’teaching more in line with industry requirements and improving students’comprehensive ability to cope with tracking work in multiple aspects,improve teachers’teaching practice level.
