摘要
以新疆某高镁锂比盐湖卤水为原料,采用锰基吸附剂进行吸附提锂,考察了不同条件对吸附剂的吸附率、解吸率和锰溶损率的影响,得到最优工艺条件:在吸附时间60 min、吸附液固比50 mL/g条件下,吸附率达到94.34%、吸附容量为7.69 mg/g;在解吸时间15 min、解吸液固比24 mL/g、以0.04 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4)溶液为解吸液条件下,解吸率为98.75%,吸附剂锰溶损率为0.019%。
The manganese based adsorbent was used for lithium extraction from the brine of a salt lake in Xinjiang.The effects of different conditions on the adsorption rate,desorption rate and the loss ratio of dissolved Mn were investigated.The optimal experimental conditions for the lithium extraction process are determined:the adsorption rate can reach 94.34%and adsorption capacity is 7.69 mg/g for adsorption time of 60 min and liquid-solid ratio of 50 mL/g;the desorption rate can reach 98.75%and the loss ratio of dissolved Mn is 0.019%for desorption time of 15 min,c(H_(2)SO_(4))of 0.04 mol/L and liquid-solid ratio of 24 mL/g.
