高校“一站式”学生社区建设:价值内涵、关键困局与实践路径

The Value Connotation,Key Dilemma and Practical Path of"One-Stop"Student Community Construction in Colleges and Universities

从人才培养的战略高度来看,高校“一站式”学生社区建设具有丰富的时代价值和育人内涵。目前,高校学生社区建设在理念共识与功能转型、党建机制与育人体系、主体协同与治理效能等方面还存在一些现实问题,鉴于此,本文在探究高校“一站式”学生社区建设价值的基础上,综合分析在此过程中面临的关键困局,并提出相应实践路径,以期切实助力“一站式”学生社区建设。

From the strategic perspective of talent training,the"one-stop"student community construction in colleges and universities has rich era value and educational connotation.At present,there are still some practical problems in the construction of college student communities in terms of conceptual consensus and functional transformation.Party building mechanism and education system,subject coordination and governance efficiency,in view of this,on the basis of exploring the value of"one-stop"student community construction in colleges and universities,this paper comprehensively analyzes the key difficulties faced in this process,and puts forward corresponding practical paths,in order to effectively help"one-stop"student community construction.
